Step 1
Planning & assortment
Together with the cruise/ferry line, we build a supply matrix: SKUs, volumes, seasonality, bar/restaurant specifics, duty-free, and crew shops.
Step 2
Procurement & consolidation
Contracted brands and local suppliers; reception at bonded/excise warehouse, quality check, certification.
Step 3
Customs & excise
Processing in EMCS (suspensive regime/excise release under EU rules), preparation of export/transit documents for ship supply.
Step 4
Labeling & voyage preparation
Labeling according to shipowner/port requirements, promotional sets, palletization by vessel section (Shop/Kitchen/Bar), photo control.
Step 5
Delivery “to the gangway”
Port slot coordination, cut-off/ETA/ETD checks, coordination with agent/purser, temperature control during transport, supervision.
Step 6
Handover & reporting
Verification against packing list, fast corrections, returns/exchanges if needed, closing documentation.
