How We Work
Step 1
Planning & assortment
Together with the client, we define supply matrices (SKUs, volumes, seasonality, crew and duty-free shop requirements).
Step 2
Procurement & consolidation
We source contracted brands and local suppliers, manage reception at bonded/excise warehouses, and ensure quality checks and certification.
Step 3
Customs & excise
Processing through EMCS (suspensive regime or excise release) and preparation of export/transit documentation.
Step 4
Labeling & voyage preparation
Labeling to shipowner/port standards, promotional kits, palletization by onboard section, and photo documentation.
Step 5
Delivery “to the gangway”
Port slot coordination, ETA/ETD checks, liaison with agents/pursers, temperature-controlled transport, and supervision at handover.
Step 6
Handover & reporting
Verification against packing lists, corrections, returns/exchanges if necessary, and closure of documentation.
Step 7
Reporting & replenishment
POS analytics per voyage, assortment optimization, automated replenishments, and SLA performance reporting.
